At LL Management Advisory PLT, we value your privacy and strive to protect your personal information in compliance with the laws of Malaysia and we will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with such laws (including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010), LL collects information from you when you are subscribing for our products and/or services and during the course of our work with you. LL collects personal data, such as your name, identity card/passport number, work and home addresses, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, family and financial information, in order to fulfill our obligations to you in delivering our services and products as well as to comply with the requirements of the laws of Malaysia.
Your personal information may be used for the purposes of (i) complying with the disclosure requirements set out by the laws of Malaysia and respective regulatory/statutory bodies such as the Inland Revenue Board, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Companies Commission Of Malaysia, Local Councils, Registrar Of Societies etc.; and (ii) client administration purposes, such as communications, completion of transactions, placing an order and delivering products and/or services to you.
